产品特点 |
烯丙氧基壬基酚醚作为单体使用时,它与乙烯类单体彻底共聚,可制得性能稳定、防静电、防爆性、亲水性优良的乳胶和树脂;作为乳化剂使用时,用量约为单体总量的0.5-5‰,它改变了其他反应型乳化剂品种不乳化单体的缺点,并使获得的树脂具有耐水性、耐化学性及机械稳定性;对于后续深加工的产品同样赋予良好的稳定性。
产品可以满足用户对于反应型表面活性剂的要求:当此表面活性剂在各种产品例如涂料,印刷油墨以及粘合剂的生产、储存或处理的过程中完成理想的功能后,便会立即失去表面活性剂的作用。在进行涂覆、印刷、粘合或其它应用之前,这些化合物通过与配大发8888手机官方网站的合适的引发剂结合,或通过加热或紫外线来固化,使其失去反应性。所以,它不仅可以作为功能性单体,还可作为水性树脂聚合中的乳化剂,或悬浮聚合、染料以及杀虫剂的分散剂,更可以作为纺织材料中的后处理剂,以及塑料产品中的抗静电剂等。生产的聚合物乳状液或分散液可以作为粘合剂,涂层剂,或增强剂应用于木材,金属,纸张,纺织以及混凝土结构中。它们都拥有优秀的预乳化能力,产生过程中泡沫低。参与合成的树脂具有如下特征:

Features |
When FTRT® SAA-100 is used as a monomer, it is thoroughly copolymerized with vinyl monomer to produce latex and resin with stable performance, antistatic, explosion-proof and hydrophilic properties. When used as an emulsifier, the amount is about 0.5 to 5‰ of the total amount of the monomers. It changes the disadvantages of other reactive emulsifier varieties without emulsifying monomers, and makes the obtained resin products have water resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical stability. The product is also given good stability for subsequent deep processing products.
The product can meet the user's requirements for reactive surfactants. When the surfactant performs its desired function in the production, storage or handling of various products such as paints, printing inks and adhesives, it immediately loses the effect of the surfactant.These compounds are rendered reactive by binding to an initiator in the formulation or by heating or ultraviolet light prior to coating, printing, bonding or other applications.Therefore, it can be used not only as a functional monomer but also as an emulsifier in the polymerization of aqueous resins, or as a dispersing agent for suspension polymerization, dyes and insecticides.It can be used as a post-treatment agent in textile materials, as well as antistatic agents in plastic products.The resulting polymer emulsions or dispersions can be used as binders, coating agents, or reinforcing agents in wood, metal, paper, textile, and concrete structures. They all have excellent pre-emulsifying power and produce low foam during the process.
The resin involved in the synthesis has the following characteristics:
1. It can be used as adhesion promoter, has wide solubility and compatibility, can improve the adhesion and toughness of coatings and paint systems (including alkyd, acrylic, epoxy, amino and other metal paints), especially suitable for Baking and ink to improve adhesion and toughness;
2. Excellent adhesion to metal surfaces that are difficult to adhere, such as aluminum, aluminum alloy, zinc, stainless steel, and plating surfaces.
3. Improve the adhesion of a range of coatings on organic, inorganic materials, mineral substrates and some plastic surfaces. It can also be used to improve the mechanical properties, chemical resistance, flexibility and salt spray resistance of paint films.
4. Improve the dispersibility of inorganic fillers, pigments and dyes in the resin to form a uniform paint film.
